Shipping policy

 

This policy applies to U.S. and international orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you clearly understand our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from our website, you are accepting the policies contained on this page.

A. Domestic and International Shipping
Free shipping for USA orders over $50, standard 3-5 business days for delivery.
For orders less than $50, you can also choose carriers on the checkout page, and the shipping cost depends on weight and distance.
Customs duties of international orders, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.

B. Handling and Cut-Off Time
Shipping cut-off time is 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York) daily (Monday-Saturday). Order handling time is 1-2 days (Monday-Saturday).

C. Change of Address
We will not be able to change the shipping address once an order has been shipped. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York) after placing your order.

D. Order Cancellation
If you change your mind before your order ships, we can accept cancellations before 11 AM Eastern Time (on the date of the order), please contact us ASAP, and our staff will help you cancel it!
If the order has already shipped, please refer to our refund policy.

E. Packages damaged in transit
If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the package from the carrier and contact our customer service for replacement or redelivery. If the package is delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.

F. Delivery Time Exceeded
The delivery time on the checkout page is the estimated time, and the actual time is based on the carriers.
Most UPS / FedEx will be delivered on time, with few delay.
If your order is delayed, please contact us via email at orders@springbud.us, and we will check the situation with the transportation company in time. Thanks for your understanding and support.

G. High Fraudulent Orders
For high fraudulent orders, we will send emails/texts to check if the order was placed by the owner of the payment card.
If we get a reply, we will ship the order.
If not, we will keep the order for 14 days, and then we will cancel the order.
